BCOA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's football team began week eight of game preparation without senior quarterback Rusty Smith for the first time since 2005. Junior Jeff Van Camp a 6-foot-5, 210-pound fourth-year junior was named this week's starter on Monday and will assume the role as the Owls signal caller.
